I best thing I can tell you is to decide what you want and let it go! I decided that I should hire two people to help me with my business so that I could travel more and have to time to write the books I want to write. I decided on two and am not really sure why, after all it is only me and I have been doing well for a few years now.

David has been telling me for quite some time that I need to hire some help. He said that I need to find someone like me, someone that my customers would like as much as me. I told him that there was only one person like that, someone that my customers would like even better than me; Mark. But, Mark had a job. So David told me to find someone else - I just told him to be patient, that I was attracting the perfect person for the job.

When I decided that I wanted two people during my game I still had no idea where they would come from. The next week after I decided what I wanted; Mark called me and asked if we could have lunch together. We met for lunch and Mark explained that the company he worked for was based in Canada and that it looked like they might be moving his server (and work) to Canada since they had hired a new IT manager there. In my mind I could hear Jack Canfield singing the “Twlight Zone” theme song. Mark wanted to know if we could work together. As if that was not enough, Mark said, “by the way, I have someone else that is looking for a job that I have been training for a year.” Mark called the next day to let me know that the other person, Jeremy needed a job right now since he was losing his. Of course I hired Jeremy.

I trusted in the process and hired Jeremy without second guessing the need or cost. I can tell you that it has been incredible from the first day. 

Jeremy’s training was simple; I introduced him to a few of my customers Monday morning and then had him sit down and watch “The Secret.” I told him that his training was complete; he was an adult, that I only attracted what I wanted, that he was sure to please my customers and that I was glad he was there. He has been wonderful! 

Jeremy had one question when he started; his wife wanted to know if he could be off July 4th weekend to go to an event. I asked him what he really wanted to do that weekend, “I would like to be off that Friday, Saturday and Sunday.” I told him that was no problem, that he could either work 40 hours (4, 10 hour days) Monday through Thursday or just be off Friday and I would pay him - the choice was his, as I was sure it would be fine either way. I realized that Jeremy could enjoy creating his own reality. 

When you apply the Law of Attraction to everything, life is a joy, work is a joy - Jeremy tells his friends that he loves his job! I am so grateful that Jeremy is part of our team, he is more that I could have hoped or imagined.

A side note: Jeremy likes to fish - he is able to work whatever hours suit him so that he lives an abundant life. You see, I just wanted help and there is no reason why it has to be 8 to 5. If Jeremy sees that the weather is good for fishing, then he works early or longer one day and takes off early the next. I figure if fishing brings Jeremy joy them those vibrations are flowing to our customers...

Mark is working part-time for me while is job is finishing up. Think of how the Universe had to line up all these events for this to all happen. Believe in miracles and they will happen.
